With more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, principal, and district leader, Dr. Green understands how pressure reshapes leadership behavior and organizational systems. She has led through crisis, institutional strain, and large scale change, equipping leaders with practical frameworks that embed emotional intelligence into daily leadership practice.

As the Founder of Hello Kind Soul, she bridges emotional intelligence with operational strategy and helps organizations prevent cultural self destruction while protecting both results and people.

Through keynote addresses, executive intensives, and advisory partnerships, Dr. Green partners with leaders who are committed to building cultures that remain steady even when pressure rises.

An LCSW-R with over 30 years of experience in social work. As Director of Sustainable Performance at Hello Kind Soul, Amy leads with empathy, vision, and a deep commitment to cultivating environments where people feel seen, safe, and supported.

With a background in trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and organizational wellness, Amy designs and implements experiences that center emotional intelligence, community care, and holistic healing.

Dr. Harris is a trailblazer in education innovation and the force behind sharEDtalent, a platform that redefines how schools connect with expert vendors to achieve excellence. A proud native of Queens, New York, Dr. Harris refuses to accept the status quo in education. With over 22 years of experience, she is on a mission to dismantle outdated systems and build smarter, more dynamic pathways for schools to thrive.

Before founding sharEDtalent, Dr. Harris spent 16 transformative years in the New York City Department of Education as a teacher, math staff developer, assistant principal, founding principal, and principal coach. These roles gave her a front row seat to the systemic challenges holding schools back, and the courage to disrupt them.

Through sharEDtalent, Dr. Harris delivers bold solutions that empower school leaders to cut through red tape, mobilize the right resources, and accelerate impact. She is an expert in improvement strategy design, change management, and leadership development, with a focus on leveraging networks and social capital to challenge norms and push boundaries.

Dr. Harris earned her bachelor's degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, master's degrees from Fordham University and Mercy College, and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University.
