What you agree to, and what we owe you.

The KIND Challenge is run by Hello Kind Soul Solutions, Dr. Ebony Green’s company. When these terms say “we” or “us,” that is who they mean. When they say “you,” they mean you, the person reading. Questions go to ebony@hellokindsoul.com, and a person answers them.

Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. You get the KIND Soul Snapshot, the fifteen daily scripts as they unlock, and an email when enrollment opens.

You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, and nothing follows you out. No payment details are collected on this site, because there is nothing to buy here yet.

A place in a six-week live cohort of The KIND Challenge, which includes:

• Video lessons released across the six weeks, with written prompts alongside them
• Live group calls with Dr. Ebony. The schedule is confirmed before you pay.
• Access to the private Kind Souls community for the length of the cohort
• The downloadable materials: the KIND Soul Assessment, the In-the-Moment Pocket Guide, the Kind Scripts Library, and your Personal KIND Communication Plan

This is educational and community content. It is not a one-on-one professional service, and it does not include advice tailored to your specific legal, medical, financial, or psychological situation.

The price is shown at checkout, and payment is due in full when you join. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and the reason is plain: the moment you join, you have the whole thing. The community, the video library, every downloadable resource. There is no version of this where you hand it back.

So please do not join on a maybe. If you are genuinely unsure whether this is right for you, write to us before you buy and we will talk it through honestly. We would rather lose the sale than take money from someone this was never going to help.

The community only works if it is safe to be honest in. Joining means agreeing to a few things:

• Treat other members with the same care this challenge teaches
• Never screenshot, share, or repost what another member wrote without asking them first
• Post as yourself. There is no anonymous posting here, so assume what you write is visible to other members and to the team.
• Do not use the community to sell your own work or promote unrelated content

We can remove a post, or remove a member, at our discretion. We will do exactly that for harassment or for anything that makes this space unsafe for the people inside it.

The KIND Framework, the SAYS Formula, the videos, the written materials, and the names (“Kind Soul,” “The KIND Challenge,” “Say the Kind Thing”) belong to Dr. Ebony Green and Hello Kind Soul Solutions. Joining buys you a personal license to use all of it for your own growth. It does not buy the right to teach it, resell it, repost it publicly, or repackage it as your own.

What you post in the community stays yours. By posting, you let us read it and learn from it internally, for example to notice what keeps coming up so Dr. Ebony can address it on a live call. We will never quote you publicly or use your words as a testimonial without asking you first and hearing you say yes.

The KIND Challenge is an educational communication program. It is built on real research and on Dr. Ebony’s professional experience, but it is not therapy, counseling, or licensed mental health treatment. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and it is not a crisis service. Taking part does not make Dr. Ebony your therapist, counselor, or doctor, and no such relationship is created by anything here.

Honest work on how you communicate can surface real emotion, including old and heavy things. That is expected, and it is part of the work. But if what comes up feels bigger than a communication challenge can hold, please talk to a licensed therapist, counselor, or your doctor. Naming that you need more support than this can give is the exact self-awareness this challenge teaches. It is not a failure, yours or ours.

We can promise the work is real, the materials are made with care, and that Dr. Ebony shows up. We cannot promise a particular outcome in your relationships, because your relationships involve other people, and we do not get a vote in what they do.

So, plainly: to the fullest extent the law allows, Hello Kind Soul Solutions is not liable for how conversations go in your life, for decisions you make as a result of taking part, or for what other members of the community do. What you do with this is yours.

When they change, we update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant and you are already enrolled, we will email you about it rather than quietly editing the page.
